I hope you have had a great holiday with friends and family. It is great to be back on campus and prepare for a very successful season in 2013.
I wanted to inform you that the university has been looking at liability issues for raffle rewards and the trip package we proposed is not going to be pursued. We apologize for any inconvenience and are offering you the opportunity to receive a full refund. Please give us a few weeks to process all the paperwork.
We would like to keep you aboard as a soccer supporter. If you would like for us to place your money into our Europe fundraising account as a donation towards the team’s trip, we can do that as well.
